Not paying enough attention to what I was doing, I accidentally gave myself a 4cm cut on the fleshy part of my left palm. Not thinking much of it, I put pressure on the wound and bandaged it. As it continued to bleed I thought it might be a good idea to seek medical care. I called Henderson Health Group and spoke with Dawn and was told I could come in immediately to be assessed. Upon arrival I was immediately escorted by Rosie to check my vitals then showed to a room to be seen by a health care provider. Leah an APRN came in and asked how I hurt my hand. I explained what happened as she removed the bandage and looked at the wound taking steps to clean and then stitch my hand with 6 stitches. Not being one to seek out medical care, I'm glad I decided to get help for this injury. I would 💯% recommend using their medical services. Give them a chance, you'll be glad you did!
