Dawn at the front desk is extremely kind. She is very patient. She truly cares about all the patients. I had a horrible day and she made me feel like someone really cared about me. I was upset and she was able to calm me down and make me feel seen and heard. I’ve never met someone in a medical office that was as understanding and caring as she was.
